Sixth Form Enrolment

Enrolling at CNS Sixth Form

 If you have achieved the subject entry requirements for the A level subjects you wish to study at CNS Sixth Form  then you must complete this form by 9am on Tuesday 27 August 2024.  Please note that classes for popular subjects tend to fill up quickly so you are advised to enrol as soon as possible after receiving your GCSE results.

If you have not met the entry requirements for one or more of the subjects that you wish to study then you must book an appointment before completing this form.  You can book a telephone or face to face appointment with Mr Ward or Mrs Knowles, Careers Advisor, on Thursday 22 August by emailing Mrs Davison on cdavison@chippingnortonschool.org  
 
Please note that Mr Ward will only be available for appointments on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 August  and Mrs Knowles, Careers Advisor will only  be available on Thursday 22 August.  Any appointments after these dates will be on Monday 2 September 2024.
