Chipping Norton is now a cashless school. MCAS is an online payment system for schools and is Chipping Norton School’s preferred method of payment. 

MCAS allows parents to pay quickly and securely for items such as school meals, trips, revision guides, equipment and after school clubs. 

Access details for parents are issued when a student starts school in Year 7 but can also be obtained from the Data Manager [email protected]. 

Chipping Norton School will be moving to a new Cashless Catering System In September 2025 and this system will fully integrate with MCAS. 

MCAS allows students and parents to view the purchases made in the school canteen and the current meal card balance for your child 

Please note, each child will have a daily canteen spend limit of £5.00.  If you feel you would like to lower or raise this amount then please email your child’s name, tutor group and required daily spend limit to the Finance Team [email protected] and the limit will be adjusted. Your support in using MCAS will help the school enormously.
