If you have achieved the subject entry requirements for the A level subjects you wish to study then please complete our online enrolment form. A summary of our entry requirements can be found below. Please complete the enrolment form by 9.00 am on Tuesday 29 August 2023.

 

If you have not met the entry requirements for one or more of the subjects that you wish to study, please book an appointment with Mr Ward, Head of Sixth Form, to discuss your application before completing this form. You can book appointments with Mr Ward on Thursday 24 August by emailing Mrs Davison on cdavison@chippingnortonschool.org (please note that Mr Ward will only be available to meet with you on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 August).
