Over 60 CNS students travelled to Oxford to compete at the annual athletics competition between the 7 schools in West Oxfordshire. (Burford, Bartholomew, Wood Green, Henry Box, Marlborough, Carterton and Chipping Norton School).

Students in years 7-10 competed in all the throwing, jumping and running events finishing with the 4 x 100m relays.

Further to this a few of our students broke records; a great achievement considering the competition goes back to 2007!

All our students represented CNS brilliantly but we would like to particularly mention those students who displayed the value of courage by competing in the gruelling 1500m race; Isla Hayes, Sam McCabe, Amaya Evans and Tilly Thorpe.
