PTA AGM
The PTA’s AGM will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 7.30pm in the Conference Room at School. We need a minimum number of attendees in order to remain quorate, so please do come along and see if you would like to become involved.
PTA Race Night
Our next fundraising event is the RACE NIGHT on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4th.
The Race Night will take place in the main School hall, with entrance from 7pm.
Tickets are £15 per head, to include a sit-down hot meal; drinks will be available from the bar throughout the evening.
In order to reserve your space, please send cash or cheque payments (cheques to be made payable to “Chipping Norton School PTA”) to the Finance Office – this can be sent in with your child and the Office will keep a list of people attending (physical tickets will not be needed). If anyone without children at the School would like to attend, they can also reserve space via the Finance Office which is open weekdays from 8.30am – 3pm.
When reserving your place, please also notify the Finance Office if you would like a vegetarian meal.
Please note that, on the night, CASH PAYMENTS ONLY will be taken at the bar and for any bets made.
As noted in the Newsletter circulated over the summer holidays, the PTA has recently been able to donate £9000 to various departments within school, benefitting a large number of pupils in those departments. A well-attended AGM and support of our events such as the Race Night will enable us to continue raising and donating further funds. Please do come along and support us!
