Parents’ Association

The Chipping Norton School Parents’ Association plays a significant role in supporting the school by:

  • Raising money for additional resources to improve opportunities and learning for all pupils
  • Providing support at various events throughout the year
  • Enabling parents to play an active role in the life of the school

Supporting teaching and learning

We hold a number of fundraising events throughout the year, and funds raised have contributed to:

  • Chromebooks and dongles to support remote learning
  • Desktop and 3D printers
  • Table tennis tables
  • Music room soundproofing
  • Art easels
  • Benches, plants and paint for outdoor areas
  • 3D chemistry models
  • Food tech equipment
  • Duke of Edinburgh expedition equipment

Get involved

We welcome offers of help from parents across a variety of activities, including:

  • Ideas for fundraising or social events
  • Helping with refreshments
  • Attending occasional committee meetings

If you are able to help, or would simply like to be added to our list of contacts, please get in touch: [email protected]

Supporting the school community

We are keen for the PTA to exist both as a fundraising body and as a means of strengthening links between the school staff, pupils, parents and the wider community. We are keen to involve as many parents and carers as possible in our shared goal of helping the school be the best it can be.
Although our in-person activities have had to be limited recently, we are very keen to get going again, and will be holding our AGM in September, 2021 – more details soon.
Please do come along to share your ideas and get involved.
